DANCE MEETS SCENOGRAPHY

THE ART OF STAGING

The workshop stems from the desire to bring the world of dance and movement into dialogue with that of drawing and set design, in an attempt to discover new tools that can facilitate the creative writing of a performance.

With the help of natural watercolours, brushes, construction materials, dance and improvisation exercises, the practice aims to tackle the study of form, lines and matter in order to make room for research into the body-space relationship.
